1.  All ad hoc bookings must be paid up front. 

2. All fees must be paid by the date stated on your invoice. 

3. All fees must be paid regardless of illness or ad-hoc days.

4. We require 2 weeks' notice should you wish to leave.

5. It's your responsibility to let us know if your child is attending any other after-school activities (including tutoring). We don't accept any liability until your child reaches Little Lanes.

6. Little lanes need to know if your child is off school at any time when due to attend. 

7. Any child going home via taxi or walking themselves needs to put this in writing, otherwise, we will not let your child leave.

8. If your child does not need to attend and is booked in, fees will still need to be paid.

9. Outstanding fees will result in you losing your space. 

10. We don't accept post-dated cheques.

11. To change days, a £5 admin fee will be applicable, and you'll also be expected to message us in advance. 

12. No child will be allowed to leave with any other person unless we've been informed. Unless a password has been set up in advance. 

13. If you don't wish for your child to get messy, please supply extra clothing and notify staff. 

14. You will not be allowed to enter the school building.

15. No mobile phones can be used whilst picking up your child.

16. You must park in the front car park and walk down to Little Lanes.

17. If your child requires breakfast, they must be in breakfast club by 8:15 am, and please inform a member of staff. 

18. We are not responsible for any forgotten or lost property. You will need to collect items left behind the next day from class or the lost property.

19. If you are late picking up at either 4:30 or 5:45, you will be charged the standard fee of £10. After 10 minutes, you will be charged an extra £5 for every additional 5 minutes you all late. You must notify us when running late 

20. Any information that you need to share with your child's teacher must be written and include your child's name, so we can pass it on to the appropriate teacher.

21. Any home toys brought into Little Lanes are your Child's responsibility. We accept no liability for any items.

22. Children attending clubs will still need to pay the full session fee as spaces need to be held. 

23. £10 fee when payment is made late.

24. Your child's details MUST be kept up-to-date, including: new allergies, medical conditions, contact details, and SEN needs via our online portal and directly to staff. 

25. Medicine will not be taken in for your child via Little Lanes and will need to be taken directly to the school office, unless organised otherwise. 

26. You must book your space in advance; no walk-ins will be allowed. 

27. No food should be brought into Little Lanes for your child to consume. 

28. If you’re unhappy with your child using electric go-karts or watching U-rated movies or programmes, you must make staff aware in writing.  

29. Little Lanes has the right to cancel your place at any time if the rules are not met.
